We help support young people, aged between 11 and 17 years old, with emotional, social and behavioural difficulties, to help lower their risks and vulnerability.
We aim to offer high-quality care within a nurturing environment that meets the specific educational, physical, social, intellectual, and emotional needs of the children and young people placed with us. We aim to equip them with the knowledge and skills to allow them to make informed choices, and we encourage and support them to develop and move forward.
We provide young people with planned, whole-year care, with behaviour support plans when appropriate and individually tailored education and skills-based work programmes, working closely with our local schools and other external educational provisions.
Our child services are inclusive of all gender, age, culture and diversity, and all work done by Willow Tree Services is in line with The Children’s Act 1989

She has worked specifically with young people who have been both victims of inappropriate relationships and helps victims gain the strength to speak out and regain their voice in a closed world of abuse. Alongside this, Mary has previously worked in the education sector teaching year 5-year 9 working closely with children who have difficulty assessing education.
Mary is a committed and hardworking individual with a grounded attitude to the care she gives to the children. She strives to ensure the children have a positive experience of being in care, where they feel they have a ‘home’ and adults who show them love, warmth and nurture.
With her dedication, love and care for each individual, we are proud to have Mary as an integral part of Willow Tree Group ✨
‘Currently, two of my young people are placed with Willow Tree Support Services, and both are doing very well with their personal development and education.
Willow Tree seems to invest a lot in their young people, and they also seem to do a good job in placing the right supporting staff around the young people who understand their needs.
Both young people are happy when I see them, and they both speak highly of the support they are getting from the Willow Tree staff team.
In addition to their positive investment in the young people, I have never had any problem with communication or sending regular progress reports in relation to the development of my young people. The staff team are very proactive in ensuring that my young people are getting the right support and make me aware in a timely manner on matters that I need to be aware of.
In conclusion, I can say that I have been receiving an outstanding service from the Willow Tree team with the service I am getting in relation to my two young people with them.’

From Berkshire ➡️ Cheltenham, and across the UK, we partner with local authorities to craft nurturing environments and deliver exceptional care for those who need it most.
At Willow Tree Group, our mission is clear: empowering young lives through supportive communities and unwavering quality care.
We aim to provide a warm, safe, and caring environment for vulnerable children, young people, and families. We will enable the child and young person to develop their skills to successfully live independently by their support plans.
Together, we’re not just making a difference; we’re shaping brighter futures 💡✨
We aim to empower young people with transitional skills into adulthood, enhancing their wellbeing so they look forward to a bright and positive future💡
We will admit a young person following an initial needs and risk assessment, which will address existing problems, identify their needs, evaluate compatibility, and help us decide on the young person’s suitability for admission.
Emergency placements are considered, but this follows the same admissions procedure. We do not consider referrals for young people where we cannot meet their needs effectively.
A placement plan will be set out for each individual suitable to their needs, this will include:
➡️Welfare needs
➡️ Contact arrangements
➡️ Physical, health and emotional needs
➡️Educational and development skills
➡️Cultural, religious, language and racial needs and how they will be met
➡️Recreational and leisure needs

We offer contact solutions to children and young individuals, so they can set up an arrangement with the parent they no longer live with
Whether it is done by phone, online or letter, families will have different individual contact routines to meet the needs and circumstances of both parent, child or young individual ✨
Our staff team consists of experienced Social Workers and Contact Supervisors with backgrounds in Social Care, Early Intervention, Family Support, Early Years, Fostering and Youth Work. We can offer our contact support services at a contact centre, or it can be community-based.
