Natasha is an experienced Registered Manager and has worked within the Health and Social Care Sector for 20 years. 

She has supported young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours including mental health, substance abuse, child abuse and complex trauma.

Natasha is passionate towards working with young people and supporting their social and emotional development and strives to empower the people Willow Tree Group supports, giving them the best possible chances for their future.
